Wonderful coffee shop with great ambiance.

I was incredibly frustrated with the night receptionist's attitude. When I approached her with a simple question, she acted completely annoyed and belittled me. I felt like I was bothering her instead of receiving help. The contrast with the rest of the staff was shocking, all of whom were friendly and eager to assist.

Amazing clean rooms and attentive staff make for a pleasant stay! ! The location is perfect, just a short walk to vibrant Sundance Square and cultural attractions.

The breakfast was underwhelming given the price, and seating was limited, making it hard to enjoy the meal comfortably.

During my stay, I enjoyed a clean, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, right next to vibrant attractions. Despite these perks, I was disappointed with the valet service, which was frustratingly slow and lacked communication. The breakfast, albeit decent, was pricier than expected.

The convenience to everything downtown was unparalleled. The valet service stood out as exceptionally helpful and friendly. I also enjoyed drinks on the balcony which added a nice touch to our evening.

The indoor staff could have been more engaging during our stay.

Great spot for a weekend getaway!

Had a fun stay! The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. Huge plus that it was right near all the cool bars and restaurants downtown. Only bummer was the valet situation. we waited way too long for our car. The bar downstairs was nice though, great drinks!
